If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

3. Booking, Accounts & Payment

3.1 Accounts.

When you book, we create a record for you in our customer management system. For students under 18, the record is in the parent's or legal guardian's name. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3.2 Payment.

Online booking requires payment in full at the time of booking. To pay as you go or pay with cash, please call us to book directly. A card must be kept on file for every booking, including cash and pay-as-you-go bookings, and you authorize us to charge it for late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows in the amount listed in Section 3.3 below.

3.3 Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows.

A $25 fee is charged to the card on file for any lesson cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, and for any no-show. Arriving without a valid permit is treated as a no-show (see Section 6).

4. Text & Email Communications

4.1 Consent.

Text consent is optional and is not required to book. Our booking form has two separate, optional consent boxes:

  • Non-marketing texts. If you check this box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Learn 2 Drive, LLC, including lesson booking confirmations, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, consent and waiver agreements, booking calendar links, and customer service messages, including replies to your questions about lessons, payments, or your account.
  • Review requests. If you separately check this box, you agree to receive promotional text messages from Learn 2 Drive, LLC asking you to review your experience.

Texts are sent to the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. We also send lesson-related emails to the email address you provide.

4.2 Students Under 18.

For students under 18, all texts and emails go to the parent or guardian who booked, not to the student.

4.3 Message Frequency.

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and the types of texts you opt in to.

4.4 Opt-Out.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Reply HELP for help. If you opt out of texts, we'll continue to reach you by email.

4.5 Message and Data Rates.

Message and data rates may apply.

4.6 Carrier Liability.

We are not liable for delays or failures in text message delivery.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.

6. Driver's Permit

Every student must hold a valid Missouri instruction permit or driver license. We collect the permit number and expiration date when you book, and send a reminder before the permit expires. Students must bring their original, physical permit to every lesson. If it is not present, the lesson cannot proceed and will be treated as a no-show.

7. DMV Road Test Day

On your test day, we'll book your appointment at the DMV. We'll practice with you for 1.5 hours before taking you to your road test in our vehicle. Passing is not guaranteed — the test itself is administered by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. If you don't pass, you can book another 2-Hour + DMV Test package to try again.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include:

  • Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or disrespect toward instructors or other students
  • Interfering with vehicle operation or safety procedures during lessons
  • Violating intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

The Learn 2 Drive name and logo, and the content of our website, are owned by or licensed to Learn 2 Drive, LLC. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

10. Waivers and Releases

Before the first lesson, a Consent and Waiver Agreement must be signed electronically and is kept on file. It includes a Waiver and Release of Liability, a Hold Harmless Agreement, and an acknowledgment of our permit and lesson policies.

For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian signs the agreement on behalf of themselves and the student and certifies their relationship to the student. The student also signs an acknowledgment.

A separate, optional Photo & Likeness Permission lets you choose whether we may share photos or videos of the student on our social media. Declining has no effect on enrollment or lessons.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty.

Learn 2 Drive, LLC provides services "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11.2 Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn 2 Drive, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
